Terso Aircraft Cleaning (“Terso”, “we”) operates this website. Company details, registered office and contact address will be published here once available.
What we collect
When you request a quote or book a service we collect the data you type into the form: name, email, phone number, company, aircraft registration, airport, dates and the message you write. We also keep technical logs (IP address, time, browser) needed to run the site and prevent abuse.
Why we use it
To answer your request, prepare a quote, schedule and confirm a service, invoice it and keep the service history of your aircraft. Marketing messages are sent only if you tick the optional box and can be stopped at any time.
Where it goes
Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure in the European Union and transmitted by email through Amazon Web Services (EU region). It is shared with our crews and vetted local partners only to perform the service you asked for. It is never sold.
How long
Requests and bookings are kept for as long as needed to perform the service and for the legal retention period of accounting records. Marketing consent is kept until withdrawn.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to marketing, by writing to the contact address published on this site. You can also complain to your national data-protection authority.
